Allyce began her real estate career working Front of House at River, excelling with her refined communication skills and bright personality as she learned the ropes of the industry.

Quickly standing out as a huge asset to the team and a genuine help to River’s clients, it didn’t take long for Allyce’s efforts and attitude to land her a promotion to the Property Management Team.

True to form, Allyce has dived headfirst into her new role, with her colleagues already praising her methodical approach to her new responsibilities – including conducting routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing property assessments, hosting open homes, and maintaining consistent, timely communications with tenants and landlords.

While Allyce gets a taste of the open road as part of her daily duties, a drive for adventure has placed travelling the country as one of her top bucket list goals:
