About Brooke

Having moved over from Melbourne to support her partner’s Air Force career, Brooke’s outstanding work ethic, outgoing personality, and years of property management experience found her a well-deserved spot within the River family.

Taking command of all things property management, Brooke masterfully handles routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing property assessments, the hosting of open homes, as well as consistent, timely liaising with tenants and landlords.

Brooke holds formal qualifications through the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, as well as her NSW Certificate of Registration, which are propelling her towards gaining her NSW Real Estate License.

When Brooke’s colleagues were asked to describe her, the word “outgoing” was a common occurrence, making it no surprise that one of her favourite aspects of the role is “building and nurturing relationships” with landlords and tenants.

“I’m a people person at heart; I love hearing others’ life stories, gaining insight from their experiences and outlooks, and just connecting with people as a whole.

When she’s not forging lasting relationships and deftly managing both assets and people, Brooke’s ideal place to be is spending quality time at home with her partner, Miles, and their dog, Buddy.
