With a passion for helping people, an unstoppable drive for results, and a deep understanding of the importance of wellbeing in the workplace, there’s no one better suited to the lofty responsibilities of being River’s Licensee in Charge and Head of Property Management.

Having started her real estate career in 1984, Dee holds almost four decades' worth of experience in the industry – an outstanding achievement that she is both proud of and grateful for.

From the outside, Dee’s career success might be attributed to her fierce tenacity, unwavering analytical compass, and dedication to communication, client relationships, and development.

While such attributes are no doubt necessary to operate at such a high degree within property management – which can often be a thankless, gruelling, and even hostile profession – Dee maintains that it’s her connection to helping others that has kept her aim steady throughout the years.

Whether it’s her tireless service to landlords and tenants, her substantial efforts in charitable causes each year, or her unyielding support and care for her immediate and extended team, it’s clear that Dee’s values see her placing people over property and situations over statistics.

When asked about how she manages to operate to such a high degree professionally while also focusing on the personal, her response came as no surprise:

“Family. I’m blessed with a caring, loving, and supportive husband; gorgeous and inspirational children and grandchildren; a beautiful home; and a long list of pets who I absolutely adore, including two miniature dachshunds, two horses, two peacocks, three cats, and a handful of chickens.”
