Our boutique agency was first founded by Joan Latter in Morpeth back in 2001. In the years since, we’ve evolved to become a thriving team of over 40 professionals, with experience across premium property sales, property management, marketing and development. Based in Maitland in NSW’s Upper Hunter region, River Realty is now led by Joan’s son, Chris Henry, who is proud to carry on his family’s legacy.
